Week Two Let The Bidding Begin.....

Thank you Thank you Thank you- to all of those who participated in Week One's auction. It was pretty exciting to see some of those bids changing on a daily basis :0. I will be calling the winners in the next couple of days to arrange for delivery of their items. I have updated the new link to begin on Friday the thirteenth at 6:15 AM. I hope that none of you are superstitious! I can assure you that only great things will be in the forecast today! Have a good weekend!

Silent Auction Begins.....

Alright I have FINALLY figured this out ( I hope!?!) Starting Friday, July 6 at 6AM (for all those early birds) our first official Silent Auction will begin. I think we have some great items for all to see. This one will only be up until July 13th at 6AM, than new items will be added weekly. Who ever is the highest bidder at the end of that week, will be notified and the item delivered to them as soon as possible. So please check this BLOG often for updates every Friday! Remember all these items were generously donated. Please share the link with as many people as you like. REMEMBER 100% of the proceeds go to Carol and her family! :)

Carol's Progress

FYI, Carol made it through her second chemo round this last Friday. She is a trooper, but each one zaps a little bit more of her energy and appetite. She continues to have a positive attitude and a happy heart. Thank-you for all of your prayers, love and support.

Thanks So Much

Donations are coming in and I can't be more grateful. I will be starting the Silent Auction later this week so check back often for the link. We have some wonderful items that have been donated and I welcome your generous bids. Considering the amount of items, I will probably be posting new ones weekly until August 25th so check back often. Winners will be notified at the end date of that particular set of items. I will be limiting the size and weight of some of them to local bidders only just because postage will be cost prohibitive. Thank you again to all of those wonderful, caring friends and family members who have already made a difference "one person at a time".

The Pink Elephant Project

The Pink Elephant Project was created as a fundraiser in honor of my best friend, Carol. She is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and a victim of breast cancer. "Pink" designates breast cancer awareness and "elephant", well Carol just loves them. Over 40,000 people a year will die from breast cancer  this year alone and over a quarter of a million others will be affected by it in some way. 100% of the Pink Elephant funding goes directly to the family we are sponsering for each event. Please help us "stomp out breast cancer" one person at a time. Become a part of the solution and give from the heart.
